Notice of Public Scoping Open House Event - Washington Crossing Bridge Alternatives Analysis Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania and Titusville, New Jersey The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) will be hosting Public Scoping Open House event for the Washington Crossing Bridge Alternatives Analysis (WCBAA) to include two sessions at the following locations, dates, and times: February 10, 2026, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Crossing Church 1895 Wrightstown Road Washington Crossing, PA 18977 February 11, 2026, 5:30 p.m. to 8.p.m. Union Fire Company and Rescue Squad 1396 River Road Titusville, NJ 08560 The WCBAA is being prepared to evaluate a range of alternatives to improve mobility and provide a safe and reliable river crossing for the Washington Crossing Bridge. The DRJTBC will be preparing an environmental review document in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to evaluate potential impacts associated with the WCBAA. The event will have an open-house format and the public is welcome to come and go at any point throughout either of the two sessions. The sessions will consist of display-board stations where motorists, pedestrians, business owners, residents, and other interested parties may speak with members of the team of professionals involved in the WCBAA. There will be no formal presentation. A handout with WCBAA information will be available at the meeting and on the project website www.washingtoncrossingbridge.com. Comments may be submitted at the open house, via the project website, or sent to the attention of Community Affairs at the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, 1199 Woodside Road, Yardley, PA 19067 on or before March 12, 2026.
