We are seeking a reliable, experienced Caretaker/Property Manager/Handyman to oversee and maintain two neighboring farmland properties year-round. Duties Include: -General property maintenance and lite repairs -Animal care (sheep/chickens) -Lawn, garden, tree, and yard work -Occasional scheduling and oversight of vendors Requirements: -Experience with estate property and farm maintenance -Comfortable with tools and basic mechanical skills -You take pride in your work, stay organized, and are comfortable with email and text -References required This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working the land and wants flexible, stable income. 20+ hours per week, year-round.
