    there's probably a catch
NEVER:
  • Send money before you've seen the item
  • Send an item before you have been paid
Well known classified scams:
  • Cheap overseas phones (iPhones etc.)
  • Cheap laptops (MacBooks etc.)
  • Cheap loans (overseas)
  • Get rich programs
  • Advance funds fraud
  • Puppy scams

Event Coordinator Assistant The James Lorah Memorial Home in Doylestown, PA is looking for an independent contractor to assist the Property Manager /Event Coordinator with hosting events held in our auditorium. This position pays $20 per hour starting at 5-10 hours per month. Responsibilities include:Setting up the venue according to renter's requests (table, chairs, AV etc.); Remaining on site during the event to respond to renters needs, secure the property; Taking down table/chairs and storing appropriately; Securing trash, removing excess debris, spills etc.; Opening up and securing the building at the beginning and end of the event. Job Requirements: General Liability insurance; Good interpersonal skills ; Ability to set priorities and maintain a flexible work schedule; Ability to work on weekends and evenings.
